Dueling Proverbs

Admin's note: I read this from a magazine a long time ago. It’s a funny read but true nonetheless.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Birds of the Same Feather Flock Together- but- Opposites Attract

Doubt is the beginning, not the end of wisdom - but - Faith Can Move Mountains

The pen is mightier than the sword - but - Action speaks louder than words

He who hesitates is lost - but - Look before you leap

Practice Makes Perfect - but - All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy

If you can’t beat them, join them - but - If you lie down with dogs, you’ll get up with fleas

Clothes make a man - but - Never judge a book by its cover

There is safety in numbers - but - Better be alone than in bad company

If at first you don’t succeed, try and try again - but - Don’t beat a dead horse.
